Personal behaviour, which is considered unacceptable and offensive in the West is generally considered to be the same in the Middle East. However, rude or aggressive behaviour and the wearing of revealing clothing in public places should be avoided. Public displays of affection between a man and a woman in public places should be avoided at all times. This form of greeting is deemed disrespectful and maybe subject to arrest. In addition, drunken driving and inappropriate behaviour whilst under the influence of alcohol will also be subject to arrest.
